THE ROC APPROACH
The Roc Enrichment Program exists to enrich the academic, social, and artistic well being of generations in order to create wholesome leaders in an academically, socially, and artistically driven world.
Academically
In The ROC Enrichment Program, scholars are in a constant state of practicing literacy. Every step of the way there’s an exercise, assignment, or project that involves reading, writing, and thinking. The ROC Enrichment is an arts-integration program that uses educational subjects to teach the arts and the arts to teach education. Scholars comprehend, regurgitate, and retain information better, specifically literacy and life skills, when creating and reciting art the aforementioned content.
Socially
Art provides identity, ownership, and confidence for the individual creating it. Scholars explore art while building character and social skills. Scholars engage in discussions, assignments, and exercises that at the core build social skills and awareness. Scholars are challenged to explore how they can be agents of change in their own context. Apart from academics, scholars express their thoughts and solutions in their original collaborative compositions on topics such as bullying, peer-pressure, drugs etc. Character building, confidence, and social responsibility are at the heart of The ROC Enrichment Program.

Artistically
Art is an extremely useful and beneficial form of expression. Skills like confidence, poise, presence are essential when creating and performing art. In a world where expression isn’t glorified, The ROC offers art as a healthy artistic outlet. Scholars of Scholars receive professional arts training. Art is the foundation of The ROC Enrichment Program.
